There is a bedroom with King bed, another with a Queen, and a third with a full bed and an office area. Open floor plan with skylights, chefs kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. Beautiful bath with large tiled shower. And the jewel of the home- the new pool and fenced back yard with astro turf. This home is pup friendly!

Summary: Adorable cottage with a well detailed renovation in and out. The interior has wonderful details and plenty of light. The kitchen is equipped with all you need (family of 5 easily cooked and fed). Beds are marvelously comfortable, pillows firm enough to actually hold your head up. Shower head is like a spa massage. New washer and dryer easily accessed. The backyard is an oasis under a canopy beautiful live oaks. We had one issue and the management was able to resolve it quickly. Overall this is an awesome property. My only caveat is the neighbors free range roaming rooster. The 5:30 wake up call was unwelcome, as was the constant crowing throughout the day. It's quite the negative for this otherwise brilliant property.
